Ricardo is truly the right trainer for me. Because of his time as a pro sprinter, he understands exactly what workouts my body needs, coordinating with my training and tournament schedule.
He never goes with a “standard” workout plan but rather makes a unique plan for each individual — which, in my case, is suited for tennis.
I really respect his willingness to do all workouts with me (noticeably faster when it comes to running), which not many other trainers do.
I believe he makes an ideal trainer from the normal individual to the high level athlete.
