I came to the United States from Jamaica in 1997 on a track scholarship to Texas Christian University. I graduated in 2001 with a major in Business and a minor in Social Work. While at TCU I was an All American eight times.
My athletic accomplishments include:
- Carafta Jr Games Gold Medal 4×1 1995
- Pan Am Jr Games Gold Medal 4×1 1995
- World Championships Finalist 4×1 2003
- Ranked #8 in the World for 200 meter 2003
- Ranked in Top 30 for 200 meter from 2000 to 2009
Two of my proudest experiences were being chosen to represent Jamaica in the 2000 and 2004 Olympics.
I began my Personal Training career in 2011. I work in the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex.
MY PHILOSOPHY:
I believe that the MIND, BODY, and SOUL must work together to live a complete life.
As a child or young adult I can help you refine your skills to be at the top of your game in whatever sport you choose. If you’re an adult, I can help you get into shape or help you maintain an active life no matter how old you are. I’ve worked with beginners and accomplished athletes that want that “Olympic” edge to become the best. I will give you my personal experience and personal attention to help you make it happen.
